Kwon Kwang-seok, Woori Bank President, Participates in 'GoGo Challenge' Plastic-Free Campaign
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] Woori Bank announced on the 28th that CEO Kwon Kwang-seok participated in the plastic-free campaign 'GoGo Challenge' at the bank's headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul.
The 'GoGo Challenge' is conducted by participants posting on social media (SNS) one action they will stop doing and one action they will start doing in daily life to reduce plastic use, and then nominating the next participant for the challenge.
CEO Kwon joined the campaign after being nominated by Han Sung-hee, CEO of POSCO Construction, and posted a photo with the eco-friendly message "Reduce single-use products and increase reusable products" on Woori Bank's official SNS.
For the next relay participants, CEO Kwon nominated Kang Ho-chan, Vice Chairman and CEO of Nexen Enterprises, a key client of Woori Bank, and Jung Won-joo, Vice Chairman of Joongheung Construction Group.
