View original image[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korea Rail Network Authority announced on the 26th that it was selected as an excellent company for gender employment equality at the '2021 Gender Employment Equality Emphasis Week Ceremony' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, receiving the Prime Minister's Commendation.
The Rail Network Authority was highly evaluated for continuously expanding the ratio of female managers and executives, operating a gender-equal recruitment target system to increase the hiring rate of female talents, and awarding additional points for hiring women with career interruptions.
Previously, the Rail Network Authority also received certification as a family-friendly organization for six consecutive years by improving work-family balance support systems.
