Audi Launches 'Online Vehicle Reservation Service'
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Audi announced on the 26th that it will launch an ‘Online Vehicle Reservation Service’ that allows customers to reserve vehicles and conduct purchase consultations online to enhance convenient vehicle purchasing and non-face-to-face customer service.
Audi’s ‘Online Vehicle Reservation Service’ enables customers to reserve and consult on vehicles of interest without having to visit the showroom in person.
After paying the reservation fee through Audi’s official website, customers can check the progress of the reservation service in real time. The service is characterized by allowing easy non-face-to-face use from vehicle reservation to purchase consultation without restrictions on time and place.
After the reservation, a dealer in charge at the respective showroom is assigned, and procedures for customer consultation regarding the selected vehicle are carried out. Customers can consult with the assigned dealer about the vehicle at any time, and payment cancellations can also be easily processed by contacting the dealer.
