Uljin-gun Announces Individual Official Land Prices ... Objections Accepted Until End of June
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] Uljin County will determine and announce the individual publicly announced land prices as of January 1, 2021, for 140,360 parcels on the 31st of this month.
The individual publicly announced land prices were decided through collecting opinions from landowners and deliberation by the Uljin County Real Estate Price Announcement Committee. Objections will be accepted until June 30. The average increase rate of individual publicly announced land prices in Gyeongbuk Province compared to the previous year is 8.79%. Uljin County showed an increase of 7.39%.
The individual publicly announced land prices can be viewed on the Uljin County Office website or by visiting the Open Civil Complaints Division and the Eup/Myeon offices. They can also be viewed through the online 'Real Estate Public Price Informer'.
Landowners or other stakeholders who have objections to the individual publicly announced land prices can submit an objection form by visiting the Uljin County Office Open Civil Complaints Division in person or submit it online through the Ilsa Pyeonri Real Estate Integrated Civil Complaints system.

For the received objection cases, on-site re-investigation will be conducted, followed by verification and deliberation, and after reasonable decisions, the adjusted land prices will be announced on July 30.
