Haman-gun Supports Local Tax Reduction to Overcome COVID-19
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Haman-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 25th that it will provide tax benefits to small business owners who are struggling due to prolonged COVID-19 restrictions such as gathering bans and business restrictions.
The county will expand the property tax (building) reduction rate up to 75% for small business owners who reduce rent for more than three months in 2021.
The reduction requirements have been relaxed so that those who reduce rent after the property tax is imposed in July can also receive the reduction.
In addition, small business owners with local tax arrears first imposed after January 1 of last year will be temporarily exempted from additional charges until December 31 of this year.
