[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Yoodonggyun, Mayor of Mapo-gu, participated in the 'Carbon Neutrality Practice Special Session' jointly hosted by the Ministry of Environment and the 'Carbon Neutral Local Government Implementation Alliance.'
Carbon neutrality means reducing the net greenhouse gas emissions to zero. The European Union, the United States, and Japan have declared carbon neutrality by 2050.
