All were diagnosed positive during tests conducted before the end of their self-quarantine period.
Case 2702 was related to case 2514, confirmed on the 10th, and cases 2704 to 2708 were related to case 2438, confirmed on the 4th; all were in self-quarantine. The infection routes for both cases 2514 and 2438 remain unidentified.
After 9 days, an overseas entrant was also confirmed positive.
Case 2709 entered from Poland and, following quarantine guidelines, immediately underwent a COVID-19 test, which was negative, and then entered self-quarantine. However, the test before release from quarantine returned positive.
