As a result of evaluating the contractor, sewage treatment facilities, sewage sludge and reuse, and service quality evaluation indicators, the performance evaluation was completed with an excellent score of 93 points.
The performance evaluation is conducted annually in accordance with the Enforcement Decree of the Sewerage Act, and the related law stipulates that if the score is below 70 points, improvement measures must be established and actions taken.
In addition, to maintain objectivity and reliability during the performance evaluation, an independent and professional organization excluding stakeholders must be formed as the Contractor Performance Evaluation Committee and deliberate.
Accordingly, the Contractor Performance Evaluation Committee was composed of six university professors, and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, after a written review, the public sewage treatment facility management contractor performance evaluation was finalized at 93 points.
