Geumcheon-gu, Recruiting Participants for Peace Wing Project
From May 24, First-Come, First-Served Recruitment of 25 Youth YouTubers and 20 Web Musical Members... Delivering Peace and Unification Messages to the Community through Video Production, Editing, and Musical Connection
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yuseonghun) is recruiting 25 Peace Wings youth YouTubers and 20 web musical members to promote the Seoul Metropolitan Area community-based autonomous district peace and unification education project, the "Geumcheon-gu Peace Wings Project."
The Peace Wings youth YouTubers will receive training from experts on video production and editing from June to October this year and participate in activities creating videos on the theme of peace and unification.
Additionally, peace trips and various experiential activities will be conducted.
Eligible participants are youth from 5th grade elementary school to 3rd grade middle school who reside in the district or attend schools located in the district.
The "Peace Wings Web Musical Members" will receive musical lessons from June to October and engage in web musical creative activities by editing individually filmed videos to produce musical videos related to peace and unification. Anyone of any age residing in Geumcheon-gu can participate.
Outstanding videos produced by Peace Wings youth YouTubers and web musical videos will be released later through the district office’s YouTube channel and other platforms.
Those wishing to participate can download the application form from the Geumcheon News bulletin board on the district website starting May 24, fill it out, and submit it via email (gkfn1539@geumcheon.go.kr). Recruitment will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
