Evoluto Service Introduced for Direct Table Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] 63 Buffet Pavilion, operated by Hanwha Hotels & Resorts, announced on the 20th that it has undergone a soft renewal by adding new signature menus and expanding single-serving plates to consider personal hygiene.
63 Buffet Pavilion now offers signature menus (Ankurt Soup, Buldodjang) that were previously available only during limited hours on a regular basis, and has launched new signature dishes?Naengmyeon and Myeongtaehoe Naengmyeon?that are cooked on the spot. The Naengmyeon topped with homemade young radish kimchi garnish and the Myeongtaehoe Naengmyeon, featuring the famous Gangwon Yeongdong region’s seasoned pollock sashimi aged for 48 hours, have been popular since their release. The new signature menus are served directly to the table through the Evoluto service.
Single-serving plates have been expanded for popular main dishes such as lobster, abalone appetizers, sushi, and sashimi to maintain freshness and reduce the use of shared tongs, thereby enhancing personal hygiene. The newly added lobster is flavored with garlic butter like a premium restaurant ? la carte dish and presented with garnish.
63 Buffet Pavilion, with the concept of Restaurant in Buffet, is characterized by offering premium live menus at the level of fine dining restaurants in each kitchen. In May, guests can watch tuna carving and dim sum preparation live. Live performances will also be held seasonally.
To celebrate the soft renewal, 63 Buffet Pavilion offers a 15% discount for adults who make online reservations throughout May. The first 1,000 visitors will receive a specially made reusable cup. For more details, please refer to the website.
Currently, only 60% of the total seats are in operation due to social distancing measures.
