730,000 Articles from North Korea's Rodong Sinmun Now Searchable Online
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] The Ministry of Unification announced that starting from the 14th, the list of Rodong Sinmun articles will be made available on the North Korea Data Center website (unibook.unikorea.go.kr) to enhance accessibility to North Korean materials.
Until now, the list of Rodong Sinmun articles could only be accessed by visiting the North Korea Data Center in Seocho-dong in person.
However, from this day forward, it will be possible to search through 730,000 Rodong Sinmun article listings via the North Korea Data Center website. There are also plans to provide access through the North Korea Information Portal (nkinfo.unikorea.go.kr) in the future.

The publicly available Rodong Sinmun article list includes 730,000 articles from 1946 to 2019. Additionally, 240,000 article listings from publications such as Minju Choson and Munhak Sinmun are scheduled to be released within this month.
