[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do announced on the 14th that Hamyang-gun's 'Hamiang' was finally selected for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs' 2021 'Visiting Breweries' project.
The 'Visiting Breweries' project supports the development of experiential events at excellent local breweries, helping them grow into tourist attractions linked from traditional liquor production to experience and tourism.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs selected four breweries nationwide, including Hamyang-gun's 'Hamiang', through a strict document review and on-site evaluation by experts of 19 breweries recommended from nine cities and provinces across the country this year.
'Hamiang', located in Hamyang-eup, Hamyang-gun, is a European-style wild mountain grape wine-themed farm experiential tourism brewery utilizing wild mountain grapes native to Hamyang-gun.
