Dongmyeong University, All 26 Students Completing 'Electric Vehicle High Voltage Safety Training' Obtain Certificates
Twenty-six students from the Department of Automotive Engineering at Dongmyung University completed the "Electric Vehicle High Voltage Safety Training Lv.1" and all obtained the DGUV200-006 High Voltage Safety Training Level 1 certification on the 7th.

Dongmyung University (President Jeon Ho-hwan) announced on the 14th that 26 students from the Department of Automotive Engineering (Department Head Oh Gap-seok) completed the "Electric Vehicle High Voltage Safety Training Lv.1" held on the 7th, and all 26 students who completed the training obtained the DGUV200-006 certification for High Voltage Safety Training Level 1.
The "Electric Vehicle High Voltage Safety Training," hosted by TUV, a world-renowned German testing and certification organization, is a private certification system based on the German occupational safety standard BGI/GUV-8686E international standard.
As the electric vehicle market has recently grown rapidly, this certification is known as essential for students, mechanics, and researchers handling automotive high voltage.
The Department of Automotive Engineering at Dongmyung University operates the electric vehicle high voltage training course with support from the 4th Industrial Revolution Innovation Leading University Project Group (Director Park Dong-woo) and supports major students in obtaining the certification.
Senior student Ahn Tae-gwan from the Department of Automotive Engineering said, "I participated in this program because I want to become a Tesla electric vehicle maintenance expert after graduation."
Oh Gap-seok, head of the Department of Automotive Engineering at the university, said, "We are focusing on nurturing experts in electric and autonomous vehicles in line with the global paradigm shift in the automotive industry."
