Jeju Air Collaborates with hy to Launch 'Online Travel Food Box'
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Jeju Air announced on the 12th that it has launched the ‘Online Travel Food Box’ in collaboration with the distribution specialist company hy (formerly Korea Yakult).
The ‘Online Travel Food Box’ is limited to a total of 10,000 units and includes a brunch set composed of hy’s popular products, along with Jeju Air discount coupons and an ‘Online Travel Boarding Pass.’
By scanning the QR code on the boarding pass included in the product, customers can watch on-site videos filmed on an actual airplane. The video captures all flight scenes from takeoff to the flight attendant’s announcements from a first-person perspective, allowing customers to enjoy the brunch while feeling the travel atmosphere.
After enjoying brunch and the online travel experience, customers planning to take a real trip will also receive an 8,000 KRW discount coupon for the ‘Domestic Flight Flyback Plus.’
The products included in the food box are hy’s ‘Super100 Tingle,’ ‘It’s On Sandwich,’ ‘It’s On Soft-Boiled Egg,’ and ‘Daily Vegetable Drinking Salad,’ and can be purchased for 9,900 KRW on hy’s online mall ‘Predit.’
To celebrate the launch of the ‘Online Travel Food Box,’ Jeju Air is holding a quiz event on its official Instagram and Facebook, giving the food box to 10 winners who answer correctly.
