NongHyup Bank Launches 5th Cohort of Startup Incubation Program 'NH Digital Challenge+'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 12th the launch of the 5th batch of its startup-tailored cultivation and collaboration program, 'NH Digital Challenge+.'
Under the theme 'Dreaming with NH,' the 5th batch of 'NH Digital Challenge+' selected 27 innovative companies across various fields, including digital new technologies such as AI/big data and blockchain, as well as proptech, insurtech, regtech, agriculture, and ESG (environment, social, governance). The selected companies will participate in the program over six months at the NH Digital Innovation Campus located in Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
□ This 5th batch includes 17 new companies such as ▲MoneyStation (AI investment solution, financial social network), ▲Grade Health Chain (healthcare and finance convergence solution), ▲Tatum (cloud security), ▲Comtrue Technology (AI-based OCR solution), ▲Root Energy (community-participatory renewable energy financial platform), ▲The Dash (drone pest control automation solution), ▲WaveBridge (financial data analysis quant investment solution), ▲NT (vegetable processing and supply platform), and ▲Whatsup (subscription service integrated management platform), which was selected as a special award winner at the '2020 NH Digital Innovation Campus Challenge Hackathon.' Additionally, 10 outstanding companies from the previous 4th batch were confirmed as final participants.
Selected companies will be provided with opportunities such as ▲business partnerships with Nonghyup affiliates ▲investment support ▲capacity-building specialized education ▲workspace within the NH Digital Innovation Campus ▲demo day ▲meetup day (collaboration seminar) ▲1:1 office hours ▲networking events ▲and opportunities for follow-up investment attraction.
