Boseong-gun Extends Emergency Disaster Living Expense Payment Period by One Week
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Cheon-seok] Boseong-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim Cheol-woo) announced on the 10th that it has extended the schedule for distributing emergency disaster living expenses to all residents by one week, from the 7th to the 14th.
As of now, the payment rate of Boseong-gun's emergency disaster living expenses is 95.1%, with about 2,000 people, including long-term absentees and those with mobility difficulties, not having received the support funds.
For those with mobility difficulties, public officials will visit households directly to provide the funds, and for long-term absentees, the schedule will be adjusted through contact with the individuals.
Kim Cheol-woo, Governor of Boseong-gun, urged, "Since this fund was prepared with the combined efforts of all public officials in Boseong-gun to revive households and the local economy affected by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, please do your best to ensure that all residents receive the support funds, even if it requires individual contact."
