Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation to Hire 54 New Employees in First Half of This Year... Applications Open This Month

View original image[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation will hire 54 new employees in the first half of this year.
The corporation announced on the 6th that it will accept applications for the "2021 First Half New Employees (Recruitment-type Interns)" from the 11th to the 18th.
The number of hires by field is ▲36 in general technical and administrative fields (including social equity recruitment) ▲3 in research and development (R&D) ▲15 in IT (Information Technology), planning to select 90% of the annual hires in the first half.
The recruitment will be conducted through a blind process based on the NCS (National Competency Standards). Among these, the IT field will also implement the online coding test introduced last year.
The corporation applies recruitment target systems for regional talent and balanced talent from non-capital areas according to the Innovation City Act.
In addition, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, strict compliance with quarantine guidelines such as disinfecting test sites, securing social distancing, and establishing emergency communication systems with related organizations is planned.
Final successful candidates will undergo a three-month internship and then be converted to full-time employees based on work evaluations.
