Korea Center MakeShop Supports Live Commerce Solutions... "Anyone Can Do Live Broadcast"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] MakeShop, operated by Korea Center, announced on the 6th that any business owner using its services can freely conduct live commerce.
‘NalbangTV,’ a live commerce platform developed in-house together with its subsidiary Kabios, features an average 1-2 second faster video response time compared to other platforms, minimizing buffering issues and enabling smoother two-way communication. Through this, MakeShop online mall operators can sell products and hold events via live broadcasts anytime and anywhere, 365 days a year, using just a smartphone.
NalbangTV allows users to select only the necessary services, enabling cost savings, and the broadcast content is provided as VOD files synchronized with streaming chat, which can be used for rebroadcasts. Additionally, with an auto-scaling automation feature, it enhances chat server stability to handle sudden traffic surges, and supports services tailored to servers in each country when broadcasting to overseas customers.
Currently undergoing a test for 100,000 simultaneous connections, NalbangTV plans to select MakeShop stores interested in experiencing the service this month to offer free trial broadcasts, and aims to apply it to all stores by next month at the latest.
