"Itanic Garden, Constance, and More" Chosun Palace Begins Advance Reservations for Food and Beverage Services
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Chosun Hotel & Resort announced on the 3rd that it will conduct advance reservations for food and beverage outlets ahead of the grand opening of 'Chosun Palace Seoul Gangnam, a Luxury Collection Hotel' on the 25th.
Advance reservations for the gourmet collection that Chosun Palace will introduce, including Constance, Itanic Garden, The Great Hongyeon, 1914 Lounge & Bar, and Chosun Deli The Boutique, are available by phone from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. starting from the 3rd.
The 'Korean Contemporary Restaurant' Itanic Garden is located on the 36th floor, the top floor of Chosun Palace. Chef Hyunju Lim, former head chef of the Michelin 3-star restaurant 'Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare' in New York, USA, has joined. Chef Hyunju Lim plans to present menus that showcase the unique taste and style of Itanic Garden by using seasonal Korean ingredients based on French cooking techniques and plating to realize the beauty of new Korean cuisine harmonizing Eastern and Western food cultures.
Constance, located on the 24th floor of the hotel, is a buffet restaurant offering a total of eight live stations including grill, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, tempura, charcuterie, salad, and dessert, as well as chef's table menus. They newly introduce a weekend buffet brunch 'Constance Sunday Delight' to be enjoyed leisurely for three hours. A limited menu item, premium short ribs, is offered at the live grill corner.
The Great Hongyeon, located on the 36th floor of the hotel, is a Cantonese fine dining restaurant that inherits the authenticity of Hongyeon, the representative Chinese restaurant of Westin Chosun Seoul. Chef Wang Hongryong, who has 20 years of experience at Westin Chosun Seoul Hongyeon, proposes dishes such as Haebaljin, recognized as the best among the eight treasures, and menus using dried ingredients. You can also taste authentic Peking duck and char siu BBQ prepared by a BBQ chef with 42 years of experience in China, as well as dim sum by a dim sum chef with about 30 years of experience in China and Japan.
To commemorate the grand opening, Chosun Palace will offer various opening promotions for two weeks from the 25th to June 7th at five food and beverage outlets.
All customers visiting Itanic Garden will receive a handmade gangjeong set (one set per person), and customers who choose the grand opening course menu at The Great Hongyeon will be provided with a signature blending tea set or handmade pickles (one set per person) packaged individually. Constance will offer its own PB wine or champagne (one glass per person) available only at Constance, depending on the period.
