Recruitment for 'Political and Social Leader Training Course' Democratic Citizen Political Academy Students
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Election Training Institute of the National Election Commission is operating a training program for political and social leaders who contribute to the development of democracy.
The Gwangju Metropolitan City Election Commission announced on the 30th that it is recruiting 30 students for the 14th Democratic Citizen Political Academy hosted by the National Election Commission.
From next month 3rd to June 30th, any eligible voter in the Republic of Korea can apply through the Election Training Institute's website.
The course will be held free of charge every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:40 PM at the Gwanak Office of the National Election Commission for 15 weeks, from August 18th to December 1st.
The curriculum consists of specialized courses on elections and politics, as well as liberal arts courses covering economics, society, education, science, history, and humanities. The instructors are distinguished experts with specialization in their respective fields.
First established in March 2013, the Democratic Citizen Political Academy has produced a total of 443 graduates up to the 13th term last year, steadily operating the academy every year and establishing itself as a prestigious educational program for nurturing political and social leaders.
