Cheongso Research Institute Launches 'Gift Giving' Service

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Life Research Institute (CEO Yeon Hyun-joo), which operates the home cleaning service 'Cheongso Yeonguso,' announced on the 30th that it will newly introduce a 'Gift' feature that allows customers to gift house cleaning services.
The newly launched Gift feature is a service where users can select the amount and quantity of point exchange vouchers in the app, enter the recipient's name and contact information, and send it along with a thank-you card. To commemorate the launch of the Gift service, Cheongso Yeonguso plans to offer a one-time 10,000 KRW discount coupon to customers who use the Gift service until the end of May.
Last year, Cheongso Yeonguso saw a 32% to a maximum of 250% increase in daily reservation numbers around the holiday periods compared to usual, and about 25% of these were reservations made as gifts for family or acquaintances. Additionally, customers who usually use the service as a gift often give it to their parents or family members, or use it as gifts for pregnant women or housewarming presents.
