Chairman Eun made these remarks during a visit to the NongHyup Life Insurance call center to check compliance with quarantine guidelines following the implementation of the special COVID-19 quarantine week (April 26 to May 2).
During the call center visit, Chairman Eun held a meeting with telemarketing insurance planners to listen to the difficulties they face in the insurance solicitation process after COVID-19.
