The Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Integrated Public Officials Union (Head Lim Seong-cheol) posted a message titled "Delivering Angry News" on the A District Office union bulletin board on the 28th, prompting district office employees to express their criticism, saying, "How can such a person be a district office team leader?" while clicking their tongues in disbelief.
Head Lim stated, "Among our district team leaders, there is someone who, since their days as a general affairs clerk, did so little work that when the department head tried to replace them, they pitifully whined and clung on, signing a written pledge to continue working," adding, "It is common for this person to slander and omit promotion candidates, and even when a drunken employee was left behind and taken to the emergency room causing chaos, they claimed ignorance when contacted by the police station, nearly causing a fatal incident."
It was said that emergency treatment was delayed because of this.
He also wrote, "The rumor that an employee who was beaten and had a torn face was simply injured by falling has been accepted, and now this person is making others uncomfortable by personally seeking out each subject of the multi-faceted evaluation."
Head Lim criticized, "This is a matter that requires a response from the General Affairs Department's Personnel Team and the General Affairs Director," and questioned, "Despite similar evaluations from both subordinates and superiors, maintaining high performance ratings for three years suggests the existence of a high-ranking official with the same personality nearby who supports them."
