TIPA Plans to Recruit 48 People in the Second Half of the First Half-Year Open Recruitment
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jonghwa] The Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA) announced on the 28th that it will publicly recruit a total of 48 people, including 16 general and public service positions, 18 specialized personnel such as open positions, and 14 experiential youth interns, to secure professional manpower and expand socially equitable jobs.
TIPA, a research management specialized agency under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, is an institution attracting attention for its recent quantitative and qualitative growth, with an operating budget reaching 2 trillion won through continuous expansion of new projects. Accordingly, it plans to further enhance the agency's expertise by additionally hiring 19 experienced professionals in various fields such as general grade 2 positions, open positions, and R&D project managers (PMs).
In particular, the SME R&D PM positions will strategically strengthen support for SMEs by recruiting experts in three fields: future car technology, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Green New Deal sector to promote the Korean New Deal.
Additionally, to expand socially equitable recruitment, TIPA will hire 2 disabled personnel and 5 high school graduate talents among public service positions. For substitute personnel for those on leave, part-time workers will be recruited, which is expected to increase employment opportunities for women with career interruptions.
Furthermore, to support facility management and operations of the new office building scheduled before the 3rd of next month, as well as office work support, TIPA plans to hire 10 public service workers and 14 experiential youth interns.
The recruitment announcement is ongoing from the 23rd of last month until the 7th of next month (closing at 18:00), and after each selection stage, appointments will be made in June or July by field. The entire recruitment process will be conducted in a blind manner, and detailed information such as qualifications for each job field can be found on the TIPA website and the recruitment application website.
