Sangmyung University Provides 1:1 Customized Employment Support When Resumes Are Registered
Job Center Builds 'SM Talent DB'
Register Your Resume for Full Support in Job Preparation Process
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Sangmyung University’s University Job Center is building the 'SM Talent Database (DB)' to provide customized employment support for enrolled students.
When students log into the system and register their resumes, professional consultants within the university conduct employment counseling and provide one-on-one support throughout the entire employment process. Considering students’ career management, majors, and desired fields, the system connects and recommends tailored employment opportunities.
Sangmyung University offers various programs to support students’ employment, including introductory employment education for lower-grade students, job fairs providing information by job sector, and detailed programs on employment procedures and processes.
The university plans to systematize diverse employment-related programs and provide one-on-one support through professional consultants, assisting students from the preparation stage to completion of their employment journey.
