In particular, amid increased volatility in overseas financial markets due to COVID-19, the status of overseas investments was examined, and through an analysis of the recently growing Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) market, the potential for expanding synergies within NongHyup Financial Group was explored.
Specifically, discussions were held on ▲ expanding overseas investment profitability by leveraging the partnership with Amundi Global ▲ strengthening NongHyup Financial Group's synergy processes to foster thematic ETFs expected to lead the market in the future.
In the overseas investment sector, the holding company plans to re-examine the overall overseas investment status of the group's managed assets and enhance a customized support system to provide investment opportunities that meet the demands of its affiliates.
NH-Amundi Asset Management, which is leading ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) themes by launching ETFs such as the Hanaro Carbon Green New Deal ETF, plans to invest in expanding thematic ETFs in the future and will also strengthen cooperative relationships with NH NongHyup Bank and NH Investment & Securities.
