According to the county on the 23rd, at the competition held in Naju City from the 17th to the 22nd, the Gangjin County cycling team won 3 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze medals, securing the final overall championship.
On the first day of the competition, the team pursuit event was won by the team consisting of Shin Dong-in, Kim Sang-pyo, Hwang Beom-yeon, and Bae Seung-bin. They also achieved 1st place in Omnium excluding Omnium (Shin Dong-in), 1st place in the 10 km Tempo Race (Bae Seung-bin), 2nd place in Omnium Scratch (Hwang Beom-yeon), and 3rd place in Madison race (Kim Sang-pyo), leading to the final overall championship.
Additionally, Director Park Kyung-chun won the Best Director Award at this competition, widely promoting the status of Gangjin County as a sports mecca.
