[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Junhyung] Paper company Kkaekkeuthan Nara announced on the 22nd that it held a tree planting event near Hyangnap-eup, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi Province to commemorate Earth Day.
The event was organized for employees to plant trees themselves to contribute to reducing fine dust. Choi Hyunsoo and Kim Minhwan, representatives of Kkaekkeuthan Nara, along with about 50 employees, planted 2,470 Spiraea thunbergii trees and 50 Styrax japonicus trees, which are highly effective in removing fine dust.
