The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Seoul on that day was 30 fewer than the same time the previous day (226 cases) and 14 fewer than last Wednesday (the 15th), which had 210 cases.
The daily new cases in Seoul surged into the 200s this month. After generally maintaining the 100s since February 17, the number exceeded 244 on the 7th of this month. Except for weekends and early weekdays when the number of tests decreases, the daily cases remained in the 200s for over two weeks until the 21st.
