Director Kim, originally from Yeongdong, Chungbuk, graduated from Sangmun High School and Seoul National University with a degree in Economics, and entered public service through the 35th Administrative Examination. He has built expertise by holding key tax-related positions at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, including Head of Tax Analysis Division, Head of International Tax System Division, Head of International Tax Cooperation Division, Head of Value-Added Tax Division, and General Tax Policy Officer.
