Gwangju Jungang Park District 1 Project Coordination Association Proposes Recommendation to Lower Sale Prices
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] The "Gwangju Metropolitan City Central Park District 1 Project Adjustment Council (Chairman Son Seung-kwang)" held its 4th meeting on the 21st at the city hall small conference room and announced on the 22nd that it recommended further reducing the sale price from the 18.98 million KRW per pyeong proposed by the private park promoter by finding cost-saving measures.
Along with this, it was decided to withdraw the previously controversial plan to sell 80-pyeong units and supply 45-pyeong rental units, and to agree to supply 383 national housing units under 85㎡, which were excluded from the existing implementation plan approval.
As a result, the park area will be maximally preserved with a project plan that does not increase the area of non-park facilities compared to the existing implementation plan.
Meanwhile, Gwangju City formed a project adjustment council last March consisting of the city, project operators, experts, and civic groups, and held project adjustment meetings.
