On the 21st, MBC's "News Desk" obtained and reported CCTV footage showing the director violently forcing the child to sleep.
In the footage, around 12:30 PM, a three-year-old girl is sitting in a black stroller among sleeping children.
When the girl did not fall asleep, the director leaned the top part of the stroller against the corner of a dining table and laid her down. The child struggled, appearing uncomfortable.
The director took the child who refused to sleep out of the stroller, laid her face down on a blanket, and placed her own leg on top.
When the child lifted her head, the director pressed the child's head with her forearm and wrapped her body around her.
The child moved her left leg as if feeling suffocated, but the director maintained this position for over 10 minutes.

The autopsy revealed the cause of death was suffocation.
The child's father said, "I feel so sorry that I sent her to that daycare, and I couldn't do anything, couldn't protect her. As a father, I feel so sorry."
The director reportedly claimed, "I did not intend to cause the child's death."
The bereaved family insists this was not mere negligence.
The family's representative stated, "The child was placed face down on the floor with a blanket over her, and full body weight was applied. This shows awareness that the child could not breathe, and I believe there was intent to kill."
