Uljin-gun Supports Fire Insurance Enrollment for Basic Livelihood Security Recipients' Housing
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk Province (Governor Jeon Chan-geol) announced on the 21st that it has completed fire insurance enrollment for 799 self-owned households among basic livelihood security recipients.
The fire insurance for self-owned households of basic livelihood security recipients is a policy project by Uljin-gun that has been providing insurance since 2013 to households of basic livelihood security recipients who find it difficult to recover on their own due to fire. In the event of a fire, coverage is provided for buildings and household goods.
According to Uljin-gun, so far, seven households of basic livelihood security recipients who suffered fire damage through insurance enrollment have received compensation of 92 million won, laying the foundation for stable living.
