The simple phone entry management service introduced by KB Kookmin Bank allows customers visiting branches to register their entry within about 3 seconds by calling a toll-free number. Through this simple phone check-in service, even digitally vulnerable groups can easily register their entry.
Customers visiting KB Kookmin Bank branches nationwide can complete entry registration by calling the phone number assigned to each branch. If a COVID-19 confirmed case occurs at the KB Kookmin Bank branch visited by the customer, the quarantine authorities will guide them to screening clinics using the registered entry records. Additionally, a manual logbook method is also used for customers who cannot use the phone, and a QR check-in method will be introduced in the future.
