Hana Bank Launches Customized 'Hana One Q' Main Screen Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Hana Bank announced on the 18th that it will provide an optimized customized main screen for each user by organizing the main screen of its mobile app ‘Hana One Q’ into four categories.
The newly introduced customized main screen service of ‘Hana One Q’ consists of a total of four main screens tailored to customers’ age groups: ▲Youth (under 30 years old) ▲General (31 to 54 years old) ▲Senior (55 years old and above), and ▲PB (Private Banking) customers. When logging into the ‘Hana One Q’ app, the corresponding main screen is automatically connected.
First, the main screen for Youth customers prioritizes various financial products, exclusive benefits, and services for university students and young professionals under 30 years old. It also provides an optimal user experience through a simple and intuitive screen layout tailored to the Youth generation’s preferences.
The main screen for General customers is composed of four categories: ▲Asset Management ▲Financial Products ▲Everyday Banking ▲Partnerships/Benefits, helping users easily and intuitively find and use various banking services.
The main screen for Senior customers offers customized product information such as services frequently used by seniors and the ‘Always Youth Time Deposit,’ which provides free voice phishing insurance, based on large fonts and an easy interface. This aims to enhance digital financial accessibility for seniors who face difficulties using branches due to the spread of COVID-19.
The main screen for PB customers prioritizes customized asset management services and expert product recommendation services, with plans to add features such as direct consultation services with PB advisors in the future.
