HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 9th that it plans to launch sales of 'Gunsan Hosu Park I-Park' in Gunsan-si, Jeollabuk-do in April.

The complex will be built on San 66, Jigok-dong, Gunsan-si, Jeollabuk-do, consisting of 10 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 665 households and exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 238㎡. By type, it includes ▲84㎡A 255 units ▲84㎡B 118 units ▲118㎡ 157 units ▲146㎡ 120 units, as well as penthouses ▲119㎡ 11 units ▲181㎡ 2 units ▲238㎡ 2 units.

The complex is mainly oriented south to maximize natural lighting and ventilation, focusing on medium to large-sized units with 4- and 5-bay designs and penthouse units. Additionally, storage spaces and specialized designs that enhance space utilization have been applied within the units.

It is adjacent to Eunpa Lake Park (approximately 2.57 million㎡), a representative tourist attraction in Gunsan, and some units offer views of the lake park. The area around the site is rich in green spaces such as Saedeul Park, Susong Neighborhood Park, Jeombangsan, Janggye Mountain, and Wolmyeong Mountain.

Jigok Elementary School is within walking distance, and Dongwon Middle School, Gunsan Girls' Commercial High School, and Gunsan City Library are also nearby. There is also a planned relocation project for Dongsan Middle School in the vicinity.

Residents can access all areas of Gunsan as well as nearby urban centers such as Jeonju and Iksan via Saemangeumbuk-ro, Gongdan-daero, Wolmyeong-ro, and Daehak-ro near the complex. Commuting is convenient to Gunsan General Industrial Complex, Gunsan National Industrial Complex, Gunsan Free Trade Zone, Gunsan 2 Industrial Complex, and Saemangeum Industrial Complex. The wide-area transportation network is also accessible via KTX Iksan Station and the Seohaean Expressway (Donggunsan IC).

Near the site, there are developments such as the Saemangeum Industrial Complex, Gunsan Small and Medium Research and Development Special Zone, and Gunsan-Saemangeum Industrial Complex, which are expected to benefit the area as an industrial hinterland.
