Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Conducted for Workers at Shindosi Business Office
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Oh Hwan-joo] Muan County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim San) is conducting prevention education on sexual harassment and other issues for all employees to foster a healthy workplace culture.
According to Muan County on the 7th, the New Town Business Office is conducting education for 56 fixed-term workers within the office at the Namak Complex Community Center's computer room over four days from the 6th to the 9th, while adhering to COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
The lectures are conducted through e-learning provided by the Local Government Human Resources Development Institute and cover the criteria for judging the four major types of violence: sexual harassment, sexual violence, prostitution, and domestic violence, including case examples and how to respond if victimized.

Governor Kim San stated, "Since fixed-term workers are included in the mandatory workplace sexual harassment prevention education, this training is being conducted," and added, "We will continue to actively promote education aimed at establishing correct sexual values and fostering a healthy workplace culture among employees."
