Chain Infection Prevention Amid Rapid Increase of Confirmed Cases from Entertainment Venues in Other Regions
On the 5th, the Changwon City Branch of the Korea Entertainment Food Service Association and the inspection departments of the Cultural Hygiene Divisions of each district office held an emergency meeting.

On the 5th, the Changwon Branch of the Korea Entertainment Food Service Association and the cultural hygiene inspection departments of each district office held an emergency meeting and shared cases of 'entertainment establishments in other regions.'
Following the elevation of social distancing to Level 2 in a neighboring city, our city decided to conduct intensive inspections from the 5th to the 28th to prevent chain infections caused by the influx of entertainment workers and users from adjacent areas.
The main inspection items include management of electronic entry logs, mask-wearing by users, posting of allowable occupancy at entrances, disinfection, and mandatory ventilation.
Guidance will be provided on the installation of CCTV at the entrance of entertainment facilities, symptom checks of entrants and restriction of symptomatic individuals, and diagnostic testing for entertainment workers, which are scheduled to be mandated under strengthened quarantine rules by Gyeongnam Province.
