Air Premia Recruiting Over 40 Aviation Personnel Including New Graduates and Experienced Professionals
[Asia Economy Reporter Dongwoo Lee] Air Premia announced on the 6th that it will conduct additional recruitment of aviation professionals ahead of its inaugural flight.
Air Premia is recruiting a total of about 40 experienced and new employees across various departments including maintenance, passenger sales, finance (revenue audit), and procurement until the 11th.
Applications can be submitted through the Air Premia website, and postal or email submissions are not accepted. The hiring process involves document screening, interviews with operational staff and executives, followed by health checkups and negotiation of employment conditions before final admission.

Air Premia is currently undergoing an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) inspection by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and plans to commence operations as soon as the AOC is finalized. Earlier, the company introduced a Boeing 787-9 on the 2nd and secured up to 65 billion KRW in investment from the JC Partners consortium.
