Incheon TP Supports Incheon-Based eSports Teams
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyesook Park] Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) is stepping up to support game teams based in the Incheon area to help revitalize the e-sports industry.
The support targets companies in the Incheon area that operate e-sports game teams or companies that can relocate to Incheon within three months after signing an agreement.
Incheon TP plans to select around four companies and provide up to 40 million KRW to cover costs related to game team growth and player development.
Applications can be submitted by downloading the application form from the Incheon TP website (www.itp.or.kr), filling it out, and sending it via email to sounmi@itp.or.kr by the 12th of this month.

An Incheon TP official stated, "We expect this support project to help Incheon-based game teams and foster e-sports talent," adding, "We look forward to many applications from e-sports game companies in the Incheon area."
