Seoul Motor Show Postponed to Late November Considering COVID-19 Situation
[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Amid the cancellation of major global motor shows due to the impact of COVID-19, the Seoul Motor Show, originally scheduled for July, has also been postponed to the end of the year.
The Seoul Motor Show Organizing Committee announced on the 5th that, considering the COVID-19 situation, the event will be held for 11 days from November 25 to December 5 at KINTEX in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, following a meeting of the co-hosting organizations.
The '2021 MasTech', an exhibition aimed at fostering the mobility industry ecosystem, will also be held at KINTEX during the same period.

The organizing committee stated, "We empathized with the fact that, given the ongoing COVID-19 situation, it is realistically difficult for major domestic and international automakers to decide to participate in the motor show," adding, "Since the event timing has been postponed, we will do our best to thoroughly prepare for the event to ensure a safe and substantial exhibition."
