Park said, "Communication and data are essential goods for young people to live as members of society in the contactless era caused by COVID-19. For young people struggling with employment difficulties and financial hardship, monthly communication fees of 50,000 to 60,000 won are a significant barrier and burden," adding, "We will provide data vouchers allowing youths aged 19 to 24 in Seoul to use 5GB of data per month."
She added, "The 5GB data voucher will be a small but reliable support for young people who worry about data usage and fees every time they turn on their data."
Furthermore, she promised, "We will prioritize installing dense free public Wi-Fi in places where young people frequently gather, such as university campuses, Daehak-ro, Hongdae, and Hangang Park," and "We will enable young people to use mobile internet for free."
Park said, "I will always be with the youth," and "I will do my best to make Seoul a city where young people can live well."
She also reiterated her commitment to providing 100,000 won per person as disaster relief funds.

Park stated, "Jung-gu, centered around Namdaemun, has a large portion of its economy based on tourism, but Seoul's consumption recovery is still slower compared to other regions," and added, "We will provide the 100,000 won disaster relief fund as digital currency. Please use it to support those in blind spots."
