Gimhae City Opens Individual Official Land Price Viewing and Opinion Submission from the 5th
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Gimhae City, Gyeongnam Province, will accept land price inspection and opinion submissions for 264,068 individual publicly announced land parcels from the 5th to the 26th.
The individual publicly announced land prices being inspected this time are based on January 1, 2021, and represent the price per square meter for each land lot number. If landowners or interested parties have opinions, they can fill out the opinion form available at the City Hall Land Information Division, Jangyu Branch Office, and Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Centers, and submit it with their suggested price.
The inspection can be checked at the City Hall Land Information Division, Jangyu Branch Office, Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Centers, the City Hall website, and the Gyeongnam Real Estate Information Inquiry System.
Upon submission of opinions, the land characteristics will be re-investigated, and the price of standard land and the balance of land prices with neighboring lands will be re-verified. After deliberation, the results will be individually notified to the opinion submitters, and the decision and announcement are planned for May 31.
For more detailed information, please contact the City Hall Land Information Division.
