Gwanak-gu, Individual Official Land Price Inspection and Opinion Submission Reception
Online or in-person applications at Gwanak-gu Office Cadastral Division and Dong Community Centers until the 26th for 44,374 parcels... 'Certified Appraiser Consultation System' operated to resolve public land price inquiries through direct consultation with certified appraisers
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Junhee) will conduct a public inspection of the individual official land prices as of January 1, 2021, from the 5th to the 26th and accept opinions from residents.
This year, the individual official land prices are calculated based on the standard official land price, which increased by 11.4% compared to the previous year according to the government's plan to rationalize real estate public prices. Considering the characteristics of individual land parcels, a total of 44,374 parcels will be open for public inspection by residents and then finalized and announced on May 31.
The individual official land prices can be viewed online through the Seoul Real Estate Information Inquiry System or at the Gwanak-gu Office's Cadastral Division and local community service centers.
If there are any opinions regarding the individual official land prices, landowners or interested parties can fill out the 'Individual Official Land Price Opinion Form' and submit it either by visiting the Gwanak-gu Office's Cadastral Division or local community service centers, or online via Ilsa Pyeonri or the district office website (Information by Field → Urban/Housing/Real Estate → Individual Official Land Price).
Submitted opinions will be re-investigated considering land characteristics, neighboring land prices, and balance, verified by certified appraisers, reviewed by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, and then decided upon. The results will be notified accordingly.
Meanwhile, during the inspection period, the district operates an 'Appraiser Consultation Service' for landowners or interested parties to resolve any questions related to the individual official land prices.
Consultations are conducted either in person or by phone and can be scheduled in advance by contacting the Gwanak-gu Office's Cadastral Division.
