View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] The Shinhan Credit Union Social Contribution Foundation announced on the 1st that it donated 330 million won to the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation to improve the housing environment for vulnerable groups.
The donation will be used to repair facilities in 100 low-income households through the ‘Shinhan Credit Union Happy Home Project.’ When repairing houses, materials such as wallpaper will be linked with regional specialized projects.
This project was launched in 2019 by the foundation and the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation to help low-income vulnerable groups in housing. Until last year, it supported the repair of old facilities in 100 households nationwide.
