[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Ju-yeon] On the 1st, the whole country is expected to be mostly clear and mild. However, Jeju will have rain from morning to night, and Jeonnam will have rain from afternoon to night.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 31st, the lowest temperature tomorrow morning is forecasted to be between 3 and 12 degrees Celsius, and the highest temperature during the day between 14 and 24 degrees Celsius. From dawn to morning, temperatures near the surface will drop below freezing, causing frost in some inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon and the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk.
In the Gangwon mountains, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters is expected from dawn to morning.
Along the eastern coast of Gyeongsang, the southern coast, and Jeju, high waves caused by swells will overflow coastal roads and rocky shores. In the Jeju mountains, rain of about 5mm is expected from morning to night.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 3 meters in the East Sea and South Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2 meters in the West Sea coastal waters. Offshore wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 4 meters in the East and West Seas, and 1 to 4 meters in the South Sea.
