She directly criticized Oh Se-hoon, the People Power Party candidate, saying, "We cannot pass lies on to future generations."
In her keynote speech at the Seoul mayoral by-election candidate debate on the 30th, Park said, "I will work with district and city council members to stably manage city administration and lead the end of COVID-19."
Park mentioned, "When I visited a water-damaged factory in Seongsu-dong, the smell of glue was overwhelming," adding, "Seoul citizens were making comfortable shoes, but the working environment was not pleasant. They earnestly requested improvements to their working conditions."
She also said, "I met with the Green Mothers' Association, and they said their children only attend school half the time, leaving them at home alone, which weighs heavily on their hearts," and added, "I promised to establish a one-on-one care system."
Furthermore, she stated, "I will be a mayor who cares for and embraces Seoul citizens exhausted after COVID-19," and attacked candidate Oh by saying, "Lies are the core problem. We cannot pass lies on to future generations."

She also proposed providing the 100,000 won disaster relief fund through digital currency. Park said, "Seoul ranked first as a global innovation city," and added, "By investing in digital currency in advance, Seoul will become a driving force to become the global digital capital."
