After finishing a field campaign in front of Yeongdeungpo Station in Seoul on the 30th, Oh told reporters, "It turns out it was just an opportunity to buy by paying money." Park Young-sun, the Democratic Party candidate, raised concerns during a TV debate the previous day about not only the land compensation for Oh’s mother-in-law’s land in Naegok-dong but also the special preferential treatment in the special sale of single-family residential land.
Oh explained, "Since it only grants the right to buy a house, the elder brother-in-law who owns 3/8 of the shares did not buy it," adding, "The younger brother-in-law who owns 2/8 of the shares bought it for 730 million won and sold it at almost the same price."
Regarding Oh’s remark during the previous day’s TV debate that "one must be humble before memory," and the question, "Isn’t it true that you were in Naegok-dong at that time?" he replied, "No, you can take it at face value."
During Oh’s field campaign at Yeongdeungpo Station that day, young people in their 20s shouted for "regime change." A university student said, "From Lime Asset Management, Optimus Asset Management, Incheon International Airport, to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) scandal, I could not find fairness in the process or just results anywhere as President Moon Jae-in promised in his inauguration speech," emphasizing, "The way to fix the country is for Seoul citizens to cast their precious vote on April 7." A young entrepreneur in their 20s also took the stage, saying, "Now young people are very interested in policies," and added, "I think candidate Oh will implement more realistic policies than candidate Park."

At the same time, Ahn Cheol-soo, leader of the People’s Party, also supported Oh’s campaign at this event. Ahn said, "This Seoul mayoral election is about returning the past 10 years of Seoul, which were taken away from Seoul citizens, back to them; it is about judging the unfortunate former mayor caused by sexual harassment; and it is about judging the failures of the Moon Jae-in administration," adding, "Voting for candidate No. 2 Oh is a triple win that can solve all these issues at once."
