GS Construction announced on the 30th that it plans to launch sales of 'Opo Xi The Orb,' located in blocks C-3 and C-4 of Gosan 2 District, in April.

The complex is adjacent to Opo IC on the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway, scheduled to open in 2022, providing easy access to Seoul. Using Gyeonggang Line’s Gyeonggi Gwangju Station, residents can also travel to Pangyo Station. Nearby, Munhyeongsan Mountain and Gosan Stream offer a forest environment. GS Construction plans to apply specialized floor plans for each unit, including pocket terraces, penthouses, and three-sided open layouts.
A GS Construction sales official said, "Opo Xi The Orb has locational advantages with convenient access to Seoul and Pangyo within Gwangju, as well as a pleasant forest environment. With the upcoming supply of block C-1 in Gosan 2 District, the area is expected to transform into a Xi brand town."
