Over 800 Counselors Participated
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] NH Nonghyup Card announced on the 29th that it held the 4th Card Customer Happiness Center 'Customer Happiness Charter Proclamation Ceremony' in an ontact format on the 26th to enhance employees' service mindset.
This event, which has been held since 2017, was conducted for the first time through an online video system, with about 800 counselors participating simultaneously from three Customer Happiness Centers located in Yongsan and Seodaemun in Seoul, and Busan.
All employees attending the event pledged to prioritize customer satisfaction and happiness by reciting the 'Customer Happiness Charter' along with the 2021 service quality management slogan, 'Give Happiness~ Have Satisfaction~.'
